Discover Nepal Through the Lens: Himalayan Hike with Matt Roseveare

Step into a world where soaring peaks meet timeless traditions in this breathtaking photographic collection from a New Forest born artist. Known for capturing the quiet beauty of England’s flat woodlands, Matt Roseveare turned his lens to the towering Himalayas in a life-changing Nepalese journey.

Trekking for 21 days through lush valleys, steep alpine trails, and remote mountain villages, he carried everything on his back, including a heavy zoom lens that, despite initial regret, proved invaluable. From tea houses to high-altitude ridges, Roseveare documented the staggering contrasts of light and landscape: shadowed ravines, snow-blasted peaks, and on clear mornings, panoramic vistas where every direction held a masterpiece.

At the heart of this collection is Manaslu—the world’s eighth-highest mountains, rising like a frozen titan. Roseveare's photographs are not only a visual feast but a tribute to the resilience of the local people and the awe-inspiring spectacle of nature at its most sublime.
