Be Inspired - Slow Movement
From fast food to fast cars to fast fashion, it can often feel like we’re moving through life on fast forward. First created in response to the opening of a fast food restaurant in the Piazza di Spagna, the Slow Movement encourages a cultural shift to slowing down. Overconsumption is doing noticeable damage to ourselves and our planet and the Slow Movement encourages us to prioritise connection over consumption, a conscious effort to use all of our senses to savour time and savour life itself.
Our Slow Movement collection features beautiful moments of peace, with paintings of calm waters and photographs of stunning landscapes, you can almost feel the rustle of a gentle wind and the soothing ebb and flow of life itself. Take a moment to connect to the world around us, in all its processes, from preliminary sketches to dainty line drawings to tonal abstract pieces.
As life only seems to get quicker and quicker, we all deserve to slow down and live each moment to the fullest, not the fastest.
