Giclée

Giclée prints are available in multiple sizes on paper or canvas. Printed digitally on 240gsm matt paper the results are prints that are rich in colour, with a flawless velvety texture. This process provides prints at an outstanding quality. Photographic Giclées are available to be printed on 260gsm fine art gloss paper upon request.  The canvas we use is a 400gsm textured cotton-polyester blend.

Canvas Finishes

We can offer 3 different types of finishing for the canvas border; Museum being the standard.
Borders are 2 ins (5 cms). We supply canvas unstretched.

The 888 Collection is produced in editions of 888 copies.  Each with a printed artist signature and are individually hand-numbered, rather than on a certificate.  Though available in set sizes, this limited edition run can be customised. Produced on 285gsm archival paper, the 888 Collection is a quality product offering the highest possible reproduction results that last.

The Deluxe Collection

The Deluxe Collection is available both in standard sizes and also Deluxe Print on Demand. Printed using a heavy 270gsm superior art paper which has been specially designed for high-quality Fine Art with an outstanding archival quality. On request, photographic images are printed on a lustre surface, traditionally favoured by professional photographers and engineered to give the highest resolution colour saturation possible.

Art on Demand is our highest quality bespoke service.  Using Rosenstiel's exclusive Gouttelette® process, our Superior Edition collection is printed to your exact specifications and can be fully flexible on size, shape and material. Materials include paper or canvas (400gsm, prominently cotton with a sustainable varnish finish, pictured above) as standard, plus linen, silk, acetate or dibond on request.

The Gouttelette® Process

Rosenstiels Gouttelette® printing system is a new and different printing process, exclusive to the Company, combining huge technological developments in the printing world, with the traditional expertise and years of training of our own craftsmen. The Gouttelette® system allows us now to print reproductions to the very highest quality and fidelity to the original. Gouttelette® prints can be published to exact specifications and can be fully flexible on the size, the shape and the material.

Sizes provided are as accurate as can be reasonably provided. However, dimensions should be viewed as a rough guide only. Please do not manufacture or order frames based purely on sizes provided on this website. Rosenstiels reserve the right to change sizes when reprinting.
